About Me

My photo
rollingbicycletours
Toronto, Canada
I have had extensive independent bicycle touring experiences in Cambodia,Laos, Burma, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Fiji, Bali, Australia, Singapore Philippines, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Mexico, Costa Rica and of course Canada and the United States. I enjoy riding and sharing my experiences via this blog, and also by organizing bicycle tours either for groups or individuals. These can be full service tours or self-help, do-it-yourself, I am open for suggestions, should you or someone you know has an interest in seeing the world on two wheels. For further information, and specific detailed trip reports, please contact Andrew Jacob, Chief Explorer, at 416 994-6619 or 203 983-9628 or email .... andras1944@gmail.com ... Recent rides: 2,000 kms, Vancouver to Regina, for the benefit of St. Michael's Hospital, that raised $11,000. I have also cycled from Toronto to Quebec City and have twice cycled the Pacific Coast from Vancouver Island to San Diego. I recognize that not everyone has the time or the inclination for such extensive, independent travel and the support of a van can be comforting.
