Recent rides: 2,000 kms, Vancouver to Regina, for the benefit of St. Michael's Hospital, that raised $11,000. I have also cycled from Toronto to Quebec City and have twice cycled the Pacific Coast from Vancouver Island to San Diego. I recognize that not everyone has the time or the inclination for such extensive, independent travel and the support of a van can be comforting.
